What is the Climate Change Hub Platform

What is the Climate Change Hub Platform

The Climate Change Hub Platform is a dynamic interactive tool that serves as a single point of reference /a one stop shop.

The Platform’s added value is :

• To advance the democratization of knowledge by collecting and assessing in one place data relevant to climate transformation and resilience in Greece, rendering them easily accessible

• To present for the first time in one place key initiatives, data from academia, local and national administrations , private sector, and civil society actors at national level. The pilot mapping is based on publicly available information and has been completed by the CCHUB research team. Nevertheless, registered stakeholders may individually upload information on their activity . Scientific knowledge and research capacity were offered by the UNESCO Chair for Climate Diplomacy of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.

• That the platform will become a single point of reference, thus catalyzing information, while monitoring and assessing national targets’ implementation, based on the mapping of original local data.

• Fostering a connected national community of practice that engages practitioners and citizens.
